Meet Charlotte Chase
HCA Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach
working with Women in Midlife
Why did I become a Health & Wellbeing coach?

After I spent 28 years as a primary school teacher and hitting perimenopause, I realised the impact stress was having on my symptoms; I knew something had to change.

Poor sleep, low energy, and no motivation to exercise, even though this was something I had done all of my life, saw me losing my confidence, mojo and get up and go.
My love of helping others and a growing awareness of the profound impact our food choices have on all aspects of our lives, especially for women, during midlife, led me to train as a Health and Wellbeing coach with the reputable HCA. This journey also helped me create new, healthy habits and more balance and inner peace in my life.
I believe that your body, mind and emotions are intrinsically interlinked and to create new, healthy habits and changes in your life, you need to challenge your limiting beliefs and thoughts first. This is why Health Coaching is such a powerful process for positive, sustainable change in all aspects of your life.
I take a holistic approach, looking at all areas of your life as just like the 11 organ systems, that continuously strive to create harmony and balance in your body, all aspects of your life affect your health, wellbeing and happiness.

What to expect from health coaching with me...
We will spend the initial free session talking about what changes you would like to make in your life. I will ask you lots of questions to help you get really clear on what health and life goals you would like to achieve.
If you decide to choose one of my 3 packages,
we will meet online each week to discuss and set goals and I will offer you both accountability and support in helping you achieve your intentions.

I will also mentor you in healthy eating and provide you with materials, ideas, and meal plans, should you wish.
The longer packages will really help you look at what limiting beliefs are holding you back and how changes can be made to make new sustainable healthy habits, now and into the future.
